Demon of Aspenmill

This 25,000 word visual novel follows a dog girl named Quinn who had just moved to Aspenmill after accepting a lucrative position at a peculiar bakery named Wicked Treats that sports a spooky theme all year round, not just for Halloween. What wasn't disclosed to her before taking the job was the fact that it's owned by a demon named Mié, a self-proclaimed ancient evil with a penchant for messing with mortals. And as is common for a demon, her schemes often involve a contract. 

There is one particular deal she likes to strike with mortals: For your most treasured possession, I will grant what you most desire. “What is that you wish for?” she asks. “Let’s make a trade.”

Controls:

Point and Click. 

Click anywhere on screen to progress the story, unless in the minigame.

Minigame Tutorial:

At key points in the story, Quinn will be asked to bake a certain item. For this example, she will be baking pumpkin bread. The recipe for which is shown below.

The following image is the screen you will be presented with at the start of each baking minigame. To access the recipes, click on the recipe book icon.

You can also click on the bell icon located above the recipe book icon to ask a character for assistance. For this example, Kaydence will remind Quinn what ingredients pumpkin bread contains.

Begin baking the required item by dragging the necessary ingredients to the mixing icon. If you had mixed incorrect ingredients, you may reset the screen by clicking the reset icon in the bottom right corner.

After you have placed all the necessary ingredients in the mixing icon, press the baking icon to the right of it to complete the recipe.

If you had combined the ingredients incorrectly, i.e. one or more extra or missing ingredients, your result will be trash. Click the serving icon to try again.

If you had combined the ingredients correctly, you will be shown the resulting baked item in the results screen. Pressing the serving icon will complete the minigame.
